1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") serve as Sketchtoo's End User License Agreement (EULA) / Terms of Use. By downloading, installing, or using the Sketchtoo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are allowing a minor to use the App, you (the parent or legal guardian) accept these Terms on their behalf and take responsibility for their compliance.

2. Description of Service

Sketchtoo is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform uploaded drawings into realistic photos or AI art styles. The App also lets you animate a finished creation into a short AI-generated video. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, family use.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload images containing nudity, sexual content, violence, or illegal material.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Create or distribute hate speech or discriminatory content.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the original drawings you upload. By uploading content, you grant Sketchtoo a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transform it for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated content: The images generated by the App are provided to you for personal use. Sketchtoo does not claim ownership of your generated content.

Our intellectual property: The App, its design, code, and branding are the exclusive property of Sketchtoo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Pricing & Credits

The Sketchtoo app is free to download. Generating images and videos requires credits — a new account starts with no generation credits. 1 credit = 1 image generation; a video costs 3 credits (4 seconds), 4 credits (6 seconds), or 5 credits (8 seconds), and adding sound adds 1 credit. The cost is shown in the app before you generate.

Credits are sold as one-time in-app purchases in three packs — 10 credits ($2.99), 50 credits ($10.00), and 100 credits ($15.00). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; the exact price is shown in-app before you confirm.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: you are charged only when you choose to buy a pack. Purchased credits do not expire and remain on your account until you use them. Credits are tied to your Sketchtoo account, so your balance is available when you sign in on another device. Additional packs are added to your existing balance.

All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where the purchase was made; refund requests are made via Apple or Google.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. AI generation is inherently variable in quality and output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketchtoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time directly in the App using the Delete Account button in the app settings, or by contacting [email protected].

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
