Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Sketchtoo account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Open the Sketchtoo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately upon request. Any unused credits are lost when the account is deleted and are not refunded as money.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us from your account address at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account (email address, name and user ID)
- All your creations (uploaded photos and AI-generated images and videos)
- Your usage history
What data may be kept
Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Residual copies in backups are removed within 90 days.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete individual creations while keeping your account:
- In the app: open the Gallery tab, tap a creation and delete it. The creation is also deleted from our servers, including the original photo of the drawing.
- By email: write to [email protected] and tell us which data you want deleted. We reply within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your account stays active in both cases.
