Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Sketchtoo account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Open the Sketchtoo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you have an active subscription, your account stays active until the end of your paid period and is then deleted automatically. If you have no active subscription, your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us from your account address at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account (email address, name and user ID)
- All your creations (uploaded photos and AI-generated images and videos)
- Your usage history
What data may be kept
Purchase and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Residual copies in backups are removed within 90 days.
